William Henry Mrozowski ( Coach Mrozowski ), 69, of Elkton, MD, passed away August 21, 2012 at Union Hospital after a long battle.

Born in Beaver Falls, PA on October 21, 1942, Bill was the son of Clara Rose Phillips and the late Henry Mrozowski. He was pursing his degree in Health Care Administration. A veteran of the U.S. Air Force, Bill served in the early 1960s and was stationed in Minot ND. He was a member of the American Legion in Perryville Maryland. He coached youth and high school sports for 20 years when the family lived in Concord, CA. He enjoyed fishing with his family, was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, was a Lionel train enthusiast and was devoted to his family. Bill's love of life and sense of humor will be dearly missed by his family and many friends.

He is survived by his wife, Debra Ryan Mrozowski of Elkton; a daughter, Michelle Davidson and her husband Steven of Walnut Creek, CA, three sons, Johnny Mrozowski and his wife Stacy of Penn Valley, CA, Michael Mrozowski of Concord, CA and William Mrozowski and his wife Shey of North East, MD; seven grandchildren, Ashley, Nikko, Raeann, Brandon, Anthony, Mya and Emily and a great granddaughter Valerie. He also leaves behind his favorite aunt Barb Mroz and her daughters Lori and Jodi. Bill was preceded in death by his brother Eugene.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 455 Bow St., Elkton, MD 21921 on Saturday August 25, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Friends and family may call at R.T. Foard Funeral Home, P.A., 259 East Main St., Elkton, MD 21921 on Friday evening August 24 from 6 - 8 pm Burial will be in Immaculate Conception Cemetery.
