Frances M. Dabler, 89, of Chesapeake City, MD, passed away Saturday November 10, 2012 at Singerly Manor Assisted Living in Elkton.
Born in Newark, DE on July 3, 1923, Frances was the daughter of the late John and Tannie Apsley Grant. She was a homemaker and an active member of First Presbyterian Church of Chesapeake City.
She is survived by a son, John "Jack" W. Dabler of Colora, MD; two daughters, Wanda L. Bull of Elkton and Ruth Ann Bull of Cecilton, MD; 8 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and 2 sisters, Doris Shirk of Lewes, DE and Irma Crump of Kirkwood, DE. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles W. Dabler, Sr. who died in 1989 and her son, Charles, Jr. who died in 2003 and her brother Ernest Grant.
A graveside service will be held Thursday November 15, 2012 at 2:30 pm at Cherry Hill Methodist Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association c/o R.T Foard Funeral Home, P.A., 318 George St., Chesapeake City, MD 21915.
