Carolien Stacherski, age 75, of Elkton, MD, passed away on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at Union Hospital in Elkton, MD. She was born on May 17, 1943 in Havre de Grace, MD to the late Jesse Garnett Andrews and Mary Lee Caudill Andrews.

Loving and caring, Carol operated her own daycare business for 50 years. In her spare time she enjoyed shopping and watching game shows, especially "Family Feud". Carol enjoyed traveling to Myrtle Beach, SC, being her favorite place. She was also active with the "Red Hat Society". Her greatest joy came from being with her family and friends, grandchildren, and her dog "Cuddles".

She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Kenneth Robert Stacherski; children, Kenneth Robert Stacherski, Jr., Sherry Lynn Stacherski, and Richard Lee Stacherski, all of Elkton, MD; grandchildren, Shannon Skatuler, and her husband, Jesse, of Newark, DE, Travis Stacherski, and his wife, Lucrecia, of Elkton, MD, Richard Stacherski, Jr., of New Castle, DE, Brandon Stacherski, of Earleville, MD, and Collin Stacherski, of Elkton, MD; a great grandchild, Travis Lee Stacherski, Jr.; brothers, Walter Andrews, his wife Bobbi, and John W. Andrews, all of Havre de Grace, MD; sisters, Dorothy Greene, of Lucedale, MS, and Shirley Comer, of Port Deposit, MD.

In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her sisters, Rosalie Jones, Martha Andrews, and Linda Sue Andrews.

A Celebration of Carol's Life will be held at 11AM on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at R.T. Foard Funeral Home, P.A., 259 East Main Street, Elkton, MD 21921. Friends and family may visit from 6-8 PM on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 and one hour prior to the service. Interment will be held at Harford Memorial Gardens in Havre de Grace, MD.
